Our system delivers a printed, fully structured, same day report, with digital photos. We also include a follow up inspection to ensure repairs have been carried out to proper standard. Our Snag Lists are compiled by experienced qualified professionals, fully independent and extremely thorough. You can be sure that your home will be inspected from top to bottom, internally and externally, including the attic, plumbing and electrics, to ensure it is ready for you to move into and does not harbour any nasty surprises after you have moved in. The customer is more than welcome to attend while the Snag List is being carried out, (we don’t allow the builder to attend) or we can highlight any areas we feel should be pointed out to you on your copy of the report.
