We can provide a detailed and comprehensive snagging service on your new property. Our experience demonstrates that the ideal procedure is a two step process.
We will carry out a thorough visual inspection of your new property before you take possession. This report, including photographs where appropriate, is then discussed and given to the builder or developer who will have the opportunity to rectify all faults and defects prior to our return 10 days later. At that point, we will check the work and changes that have been made, note what plans the developer has made for resolving any outstanding issues and submit the report to you before handover.
However, if you do not have the luxury of this lead time and your deadline for taking possession is fast approaching, we can be flexible and adapt the process to suit your needs.
